Archangel Samael Sigil Pendant

The Archangel of Mars and ruling over Tuesday, Samael features their sigil from the Heptameron on the front, as well as their name. To honor Mars the medallion is infilled with red and black hard enamel. On the back is the astrological sign of Mars and the zodiac signs for Aries and Scorpio, both inside a pentagram whose five points correspond to the number five for Mars. Outside the pentagram is the name of the fifth heaven, Machon.

Of Samael and the other spirits of Tuesday the Heptameron says the following; "The Spirits of the Air of Tuesday are under the East-winde: their nature is to cause wars, mortality, death and combustions; and to give two thousand Souldiers at a time; to bring death, infirmities or health."
